Step 3: Firefox Plug-in

When you begin to download the plug-in you will be asked a few questions. We've outlined the questions and the appropriate answers below. Please take a moment to review and click the Download the Plug-in button below when you are ready to continue.

a. Question 1: What should Firefox do with this file?

   Answer: Select "Save to Disk" and click "OK" when the screen below pops up.



b. When the down is complete you will see the download manager window.

   Answer: Select "Open" by the wfplug32.exe file when the screen below pops up.



c. Question 3: This will install Citrix ICA Web Plugin. Do you wish to continue?

   Answer: Select "Yes" when the screen below pops up.



d. Question 4: Do you accept the Citrix license agreement?

   Answer: Select "Yes" when the screen below pops up.



e. You are notified that the setup has completed successfully.

   Answer: Select "OK" when the screen below pops up.
