Step 3: Internet Explorer Plug-in

When you begin to download the plug-in you will be asked a few questions. We've outlined the questions and the appropriate answers below. Please take a moment to review and click the Download the Plug-in button below when you are ready to continue.

Please note: Downloading the Internet Explorer plugin can take approximately 2 - 5 minutes before the first window appears.

a. Do you want to run or save this file?

   Answer: Select "Run" when the screen below pops up.



b. Do you want to run this software?

   Answer: Select "Run" when the screen below pops up.



c. Welcome to the Citrix Presentation Server Client Setup.

   Answer: Click "Next" when the screen below pops up.



d. Do you accept the Citrix license agreement?

   Answer: Check "I accept the license agreement" when the screen below pops up.



e. Client setup.

   Answer: Leave the default settings and click "Next".



f. Installation summary.

   Answer: Select "Next" when the screen below pops up.



g. You are notified that the setup has completed successfully.

   Answer: Select "Finish" when the screen below pops up.
