  • Graphic Design II 

    Graphic Design II is an upper-level art and technology based course. In this course, students review the functions, tools and procedures learned in Graphic Design I. New techniques to be studied in this course include advanced type setting, advanced layout design, package design and printing production. Students will utilize several programs within the Adobe CC Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Students will also continue learning Photography, Critique, Elements and Principles of Design, and Color Theory. Students are encouraged to become independent thinkers, observe and see the world around them differently by shifting focus, looking from multiple perspectives, and realizing how perception influences meaning. Students will design and create a body of work demonstrating their competencies. projects and assignments are adapted to the needs and interests of students.
