Welcome!

Hello, I am Ms. Manning,  your student’s ELL teacher this year.  I received my Bachelor’s degree at Rutgers University and taught English in Spain for two years. 

My teaching philosophy in the classroom has been influenced by the teachers who have left an impact on me when I was student.  I aspire to be as passionate, enthusiastic, and understanding as they were in the front of the classroom.  I believe that every child has the potential to succeed and it is our job to help them see their own potential and strengths.

I look forward to both teaching and learning from my students this year and getting to know our Switlik families.
