BOE Meeting Schedule
Regular Business Meeting
The regular business meeting of the board is typically held on the third Wednesday of the month. During regular business meetings, the board's actions follow an agenda, which is posted on the district website the day before the meeting and also made available to the public at the beginning of the meeting. The board may also publish an addendum, which includes additional motions to be voted on at the meeting. An addendum is typically available in the meeting room just prior to the board meeting and will also be posted online as soon as possible.

Although all votes and actions of the board must take place in a public meeting, state law allows a board to hold an Executive Session meeting to discuss matters that are of a confidential nature, including personnel or performance matters, collective bargaining, anticipated litigation or purchase of real property. The board may vote to enter into an Executive Session at any point during a regular board meeting but must reconvene in public in order to take final action and/or to adjourn the meeting.
