• Welcome Back! Welcome Back to to the 2020-2021 School Year!

I look forward to meeting you all on September 8th.

If you are wondering what type of supplies you may need this year ( besides your mask!) here are a few items that may help us in keeping our classroom safe:

    • Pencils (to be used by your child only)

    • 2 plastic pencil boxes ( 1 for pencils/scissors/glue and 1 for math manipulatives)- the .99 cent ones are perfect

    • Box of crayons

    • An extra mask in case one needs to be replaced.

    • A water bottle (since fountains can't be used)

    • Hand sanitizer

Mrs. Elizabeth Sernotti

My name is Elizabeth and this will be my first year teaching at Elms Elementary, however, my 16th year teaching. Over the past sixteen years I have taught various classes for students with special needs including programs for students with Autism, Multiple Disabilities, and Behavioral Disabilities from Kinderagrten through Middle school. Special Needs are my passion and I absolutely love working with students to develop their own confidence in learning and provide them with a fun environment to grow. I have two daughters of my own, Evelynn (14) and Ava (12), two dogs (Bella and Bear), eleven chickens and a hamster named Oliver. My family loves to camp (in an RV) throughout the summer and generally like to do anything outside. I look forward to meeting you all and learning more about each other. See you soon!
