Students will be attending a special Assembly at 9:30

    Welcome To Kindergarten!

I am so thrilled to be a part of your child's early education experience!  Kindergarten is not only a place to learn reading, writing, and math but also a place to explore new things, make friends, and learn to share.

Please check this class page often.  I will update it weekly with class news as well as our learning focus for different subjects.

Please check your child's red Elms folder daily supplied by our PTN.  This folder can be used for communication between home and school.  Homework will will also be placed in this folder.  Homework is in the folder every Tuesday.  Please have your child complete the homework (writing to be done in pencil) and return it on Wednesday.

This year our lunch is early in the day and therefore we will be having a small snack in the afternoon.  I am asking for donations of large containers of pretzels, cheese crackers, and animal crackers.  Please do not bring an individual snack.  We will use our donations during snack time.  Thank you.

If your child would like to purchase lunch, you may add money to their lunch account on-line.  You may also see prices and the lunch menu on-line.

    Daily Specials:

    Monday - Computers

Tuesday - PE (Please Wear Sneakers)

    Wednesday - Art

    Thursday - Music

    Friday - Library

We love to play outside as often as possible.  Please dress according to the weather.  Soon a light jacket may be necessary.
