Principal's Message June 5

To the families of Rosenauer:

 

I hope this message finds you all well and healthy!  



As a followup to my message last week, we are continuing to clean out classrooms with staff gathering both personal and student items.  In grades K-4 we will gather and label the contents of student desks and these items will be given to the students 20/21 classroom teacher to be redistributed to the students when they return in the Fall.  If however there is something you or your child require for the summer please reach out to your teacher and we will make arrangements to have a parent pick up the itemNO parents or students will be permitted into the building. 

 

We will continue the process of returning PRE-SCHOOL items to parents the Week of June 8th.  Parents of students in Mrs. Caloia and Mrs. Henninger/Grueiro’s class are welcome to pick up their child's personal items Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 8-12.  Parents in Ms. McGill’s and Ms. Shadell’s class that were unable to pick up their childs items this past week are also welcome to do so next week Tuesday or Thursday between the hours of 8-12.  Please email or contact your teacher if there's a conflict with those allotted times, we will try to make other arrangements. 

 

NEXT WEEK WILL BE THE LAST WEEK TO PICK UP PRE-SCHOOL ITEMS UNTIL JULY

 

Parents of 5th grade students, we are planning to return student’s personal items the week of June 15th.  Mrs. Penaloza’s class will need to report to Rosenauer Monday, June 15th.  Students whose last name begins with the letters A-M are to report between the hours of 8-10.  Students in Mrs. Penaloza’s class with the letters N-Z are to report between the hours of 11-1. Mrs. Peneloza, a PTA representative and I will be present to collect the following:  Library books and any other school items.  We will be giving to each 5th grader a gift from the PTA, Certificate of Promotion, a yearbook (IF available), writing folders and personal items.  June 16th Mrs. Carello’s class will report to Rosenauer.  Students with the last name letters from A-M will report between the hours of 8-10.  Students with last names starting with N-Z will report between the hours of 11-1.  Mrs. Carello, a PTA representative and I will be present to collect the following:  Library books and any other school items.  We will be giving to each 5th grader a gift from the PTA, Certificate of Promotion, a yearbook (IF available), writing folders and personal items. IF for any reason parents and students cannot make the times listed above please reach out to Mr. Polakowski via email to make an appointment to drop off and pick items.  rpolakowski@jacksonsd.org

 

The Fifth Grade Virtual Promotion Ceremony will air on Tuesday, June 16th at 6:30.  As soon as I have the link or where/how to access the feed I will let parents know.
