Our Student Wellness and Resource Fair is back and presented by our very own JAG PAWS members! This year, it is scheduled for Wednesday, December 18th in the Clayton Gym, which is only two weeks away! We will have music and community resources from mental health organizations, substance resources, Jackson PD with stations set up for the very popular goggles demonstrations, therapy dogs, as well as other community resources! All students who participate will be entered to win an awesome JAG Wellness Basket with Jag Swag and...a $50 gift certificate to AMC theaters!!! The winner will be announced at the end of the day after the fair over the intercom. JagP.A.W.S. hopes to see everyone there…it is going to be a great time! Teachers...please be on the lookout for an email from Mrs. Caggiano so you can choose a time slot to bring your classes down!
Jackson AFJROTC is collecting toys for disadvantaged families here in Jackson Township. Please donate new toys, games, puzzles, etc. for infants to teenagers. Deposit your unwrapped gifts in the drop-off boxes at the Fine Arts or Memorial offices. Please donate by Wednesday, December 18th.
There will be a mandatory girls' lacrosse interest meeting in room 521 on Tuesday, December 10th, during the first half of lunch. All current and interested players must attend the short meeting. If you cannot make it, please let Coach Corti know as soon as possible.
There will be a Yearbook Club meeting on Wednesday, December 4th, during Common Lunch A in room 404. If you have any questions, see Miss Ventrello.
Any student taking the SATs this Saturday should arrive by 7:45. Bring a current photo ID such as a license, school ID, or passport and your admission ticket. You must also bring your school-issued Chromebook, IPAD, or personal computer, a calculator, and a pencil. Log into the Blue Book link before Saturday.
Ski Club balances are due by Friday, Dec. 13th to Mrs. Callahan in Rm. 402. Would you like to show off your art skills? The Off the Grid Club is hosting a recyclable art contest. Use recyclable materials (paper/plastic and/or aluminum) to create a participation submission. The contest starts December 5th and will end December 19th. Judging will take place in the auditorium on January 3rd. May the best artist win! It's that time of year! Seniors, you should have received an email about ordering your cap and gown unit. Please make sure you order your cap and gown by December 15th. The cost is $25.85. Every cap and gown comes with a tassel! All information can also be found on our website.
Attention JMHS Students, posters will be placed around the building with Yearbook QR Codes. Scan the QR Code, verify your information, and start uploading pictures of you and your friends directly to the yearbook website to be included in this year’s yearbook!
