Come to our FREE "Art of Comprehension" workshops Jan. 10 & Jan. 24
Jackson Parents and Students are Invited to Come to Learn the "Art of Comprehension"
at Our Elementary Schools
We want to invite you to a program that can help your child become a better reader through the use of art!
This hands-on program is presented by district reading and artteachers. It is called "The Art of Comprehension" and it uses artworks and illustrations to help teach all students comprehension skills and writing skills.
It is for parents and children in grades K-5 - and both parent (or guardian) and child must attend as a team.
Refreshments will be served. There is no cost to attend, but you must register online, as space is limited.
"The Dot" by Peter Reynolds will be raffled off each night
Sessions are being held at 6 p.m. on Jan. 10th and Jan. 24 at the Sylvia Rosenauer Elementary School. They are open to K-5 families in all of our schools.
