Conferences Will Now Be Held Dec. 1 - 3. Beginning on Nov. 9 - You Can Start Scheduling Your VIRTUAL Parent-Teacher Conference in the Portal

SCHEDULE YOUR PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE IN PORTAL

We are making a change to our parent-teacher conferences for this year. They will now take place on Dec. 1 - 3. They will be held virtually and can also be held by telephone if necessary. 

Beginning Monday, Nov. 9, 2020, you can utilize the parent Portal to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher at a time that works for you.

To do this, beginning Nov. 9 you can:

  • Log into your Portal account
  • Select the CONFERENCES tab at the top
  • Select the “Request a Conference’’ link.

Change the date on the window to the Week of Nov. 30 to see the time slots available on Dec. 1, 2, 3 for your child’s teacher. Once completed, you will see your reserved conference on the main page of the conferences tab. You can use this link to cancel or change the conference if you need to.

Conferences will take place on Dec. 1, 2, and 3.  

Please schedule your conference(s) by Wednesday, Nov. 18!

Conferences will be held VIRTUALLY or via TELEPHONE.

Prior to your conference, you will receive an invitation from your child’s teacher with instructions and a link to join a Google Meet with your child's teacher.

You will utilize your child’s District Google Account to access this Google Meet. You can also make arrangements with the teacher to do a phone conference instead, if needed.
