December Dates from Principal

December has important dates for our Wildcat Families:

 

Monday, December 9 is a shortened day for students only.  It is a staff inservice day.  Students will be dismissed at 1:40pm.  Parent pick-up will begin promptly at 1:40pm. 

 

Please make sure that you are at the bus stop on time to avoid your child having to return to school.  Thank you for making the necessary arrangements for dismissal. 

 

PICTURE MAKE-UP DAY

School picture make-up day is on December 11^th, and we encourage anyone who was absent or retaking their image to please see BNL’s  photographer on this day. The school’s pre-pay code has been re-opened and attached is an updated flyer with further details.

 

Absentees?

Please use the pre-pay code 8E3R3T2 to place your order. THIS CODE IS ONLY FOR ABSENTEES. This allows you to take advantage of the same packages we provided during the original day.

 

Retaking an Image without an order?  

At this time, you are only able to view your original day image online. Once your image has been replaced with your re-take, you may go online and place an order using your personal web passcode we provided to you on your Last Chance card.

                  

Retaking an image and already placed an order?

Students MUST bring in their original package and provide it to our photographer. We kindly ask parents to write any concerns on the FRONT of the envelope. Your order will be replaced using your new image.

HOLIDAY SHOP

The holiday shop will be December 9-13 in school for students to shop.  A flyer with further details went home with students.  A schedule of when students will attend is posted on the Crawford-Rodriguez website here.

 

HOLIDAY SPIRIT WEEK

Monday, December 16 - Channel Your Flannel: wear your favorite flannel from head to toe!

Tuesday, December 17 - Holiday Hair, Don’t Care: wear your favorite holiday headwear.

Wednesday, December 18 - Class Color Day:  PreK/Kindergarten/Grade 1 - wear BLUE; Grades 2 & 4 - wear GREEN; Grades 3 & 5 - wear RED.

Thursday, December 19 - Ugly Sweater Day - wear your ugly sweater!

Friday, December 20 - Comfy Day (shortened day) - wear your comfy clothes (pajamas included)   

 

WINTER BREAK

Friday, December 20th - shortened day for students and staff.  Dismissal at 1:40pm.

Monday, December 23 - Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - SCHOOL CLOSED 

 

Students and staff return back to school on Thursday, January 2.

Diciembre tiene fechas importantes para nuestras familias Wildcat:

 

El lunes 9 de diciembre es un día acortado únicamente para estudiantes.  Es un día de entrenamiento del personal.  Los estudiantes saldrán a las 13:40 horas.  La recogida de los padres comenzará puntualmente a la 1:40 p.m. 

 

Asegúrese de llegar a la parada del autobús a tiempo para evitar que su hijo tenga que regresar a la escuela.  Gracias por hacer los arreglos necesarios para el despido. 

 

DÍA DE MAQUILLAJE DE FOTOS

El día de recuperación de fotografías escolares está en marcha 11 de diciembre^th, y animamos a cualquiera que estuvo ausente o retomó su imagen a que vea al fotógrafo de BNL ese día. El código de prepago de la escuela ha sido reabierto y se adjunta un folleto actualizado con más detalles.

 

¿Ausentes?

Utilice el código de prepago 8E3R3T2 para realizar su pedido. ESTE CÓDIGO ES SÓLO PARA AUSENTES. Esto le permite aprovechar los mismos paquetes que le proporcionamos durante el día original.

 

¿Retomar una imagen sin un pedido?  

En este momento, solo puedes ver la imagen del día original en línea. Una vez que su imagen haya sido reemplazada con su repetición, puede conectarse en línea y realizar un pedido utilizando su código de acceso web personal que le proporcionamos en su tarjeta Last Chance.

                  

¿Retomando una imagen y ya realizó un pedido?

Estudiantes DEBE Traiga su paquete original y entrégueselo a nuestro fotógrafo. Les pedimos amablemente a los padres que escriban cualquier inquietud al FRENTE del sobre. Su pedido será reemplazado usando su nueva imagen.

TIENDA DE VACACIONES

La tienda navideña será del 9 al 13 de diciembre en la escuela para que los estudiantes puedan comprar.  Se envió a casa con los estudiantes un folleto con más detalles.  En el sitio web de Crawford-Rodríguez se publica un cronograma de cuándo asistirán los estudiantes. aquí.

SEMANA DEL ESPÍRITU NAVIDEÑO

Lunes 16 de diciembre - Canaliza tu franela: ¡usa tu franela favorita de pies a cabeza!

Martes 17 de diciembre: Cabello navideño, no te importa: usa tus sombreros navideños favoritos.

Miércoles 18 de diciembre - Día del color de la clase: PreK/Kindergarten/Grado 1 - use AZUL; Grados 2 y 4: use VERDE; Grados 3 y 5: vista de ROJO.

Jueves 19 de diciembre - Día del suéter feo - ¡usa tu suéter feo!

Viernes 20 de diciembre - Comfy Day (día acortado) - usa ropa cómoda (pijama incluido)   

 

VACACIONES DE INVIERNO

Viernes 20 de diciembre: día reducido para estudiantes y personal.  Salida a las 13:40 horas.

Lunes 23 de diciembre - miércoles 1 de enero de 2025 - ESCUELA CERRADA 

 

Los estudiantes y el personal regresan a la escuela el jueves 2 de enero.
