Parent-Teacher Conferences for Grades PreK-8 are Nov. 3-5, 2025
Beginning This Friday, Oct 17, You Can Schedule Your Conference on the Parent Portal
Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Nov. 3, 4, 5. Parents have the option to attend IN-PERSON or VIRTUALLY.
Beginning Friday, Oct. 17 through Sunday, Oct. 26, you can utilize the Parent Portal to schedule a conference with your child’s teacher at a time that works for you.
To do this, beginning Oct. 17, you can:
- Log into your Portal account
- Select the CONFERENCES tab at the top
- Select the “Request a Conference’’ link.
Change the date on the window to the Week of Nov. 3, 2025 to see the time slots available on Nov. 3, 4, or 5 for your child’s teacher.

NOTE:
You will not be able to see the "Conferences" tab until Oct. 17. Also, you must fill out your back-to-school forms in order to access any other sections of the Parent Portal.
You will be given the option to select whether you want to attend IN-PERSON or VIRTUALLY. Once completed, you will see your reserved conference on the main page of the conferences tab. You can use this link to cancel or change the conference if you need to.
Please remember that the district is on SHORTENED DAYS on Nov. 3-5 for conferences. Please see the School Hours document online for school hours for shortened days.
The Scheduling links will close at midnight on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025. Please be sure to schedule your conference before Oct. 26!
Prior to your conference, if you selected the virtual option, you will receive an invitation from your child’s teacher with instructions and a link to join a Google Meet with your child's teacher.
You will utilize your child’s District Google Account to access this Google Meet. You can also make arrangements with the teacher to do a phone conference instead, if needed.

Las conferencias de padres y maestros de escuelas primarias y secundarias se llevarán a cabo del 3 al 5 de noviembre de 2025
El Portal para padres estará abierto para los padres entre el martes 17 de octubre y el martes 26 de octubre para que puedan programar sus conferencias.
A partir del 17 de octubre y hasta el 26 de octubre, puede utilizar el Portal para padres para programar una conferencia con el maestro de su hijo en el horario que mejor le convenga.
Para ello, a partir del 15 de octubre podrás:
- Inicie sesión en su cuenta del Portal
- Seleccione la pestaña CONFERENCIAS en la parte superior
- Seleccione el enlace "Solicitar una conferencia" o "Programar una conferencia" (es posible que vea uno o ambos, ambos hacen lo mismo).
- Cambie la fecha en la ventana a la semana del 3 de noviembre de 2025 para ver los horarios disponibles el 3, 4 u 5 de noviembre para el maestro de su hijo.

Se le dará la opción de seleccionar si desea asistir EN PERSONA o VIRTUALMENTE. Una vez completado, verá su conferencia reservada en la página principal de la pestaña de conferencias. Puede utilizar este enlace para cancelar o cambiar la conferencia si es necesario.
Si seleccionó VIRTUAL, recibirá un correo electrónico por separado del maestro de su hijo con un enlace e instrucciones sobre cómo unirse a la conferencia virtual en la fecha y hora programadas.
Recuerde que el distrito tiene DÍAS CORTOS durante las conferencias. Consulte el documento Horario escolar en línea para conocer el horario escolar de días reducidos.
Los enlaces para programar citas se cerrarán el 26 de octubre. ¡Asegúrese de programar su conferencia antes del 26 de octubre!
Antes de su conferencia, recibirá una invitación del maestro de su hijo con instrucciones y un enlace para unirse a Google Meet con el maestro de su hijo.
Utilizará la cuenta de Google del distrito de su hijo para acceder a este Google Meet. También puede hacer arreglos con el maestro para realizar una conferencia telefónica, si es necesario.
Inicie sesión en el Portal para programar su conferencia.
