A Message from the Principal
Dear Elms Families
I can’t believe that September has come and gone and that October is here. What a wonderful start to the 2016-2017 school year! There are many things planned at Elms Elementary School during the month of October.
This month, the Elms School will continue to support and promote strong and positive character by celebrating Respect Week, School Safety Week, and Red Ribbon Week. The Week of Respect kicked off with students and staff wearing crazy socks to “Sock it to Bullying.” The week continued with the Elms community wearing Red, White and Blue to show solidarity and respect for our veterans. Lastly, students and staff united by wearing blue as the universal color for the Week of Respect. Elms strives to spread kindness and demonstrate good character each and every day!
