Our practice schedule is as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30pm-8:45pm @ Toms River YMCA
Wednesday & Friday: Run on your own 30-45min. Lift on your own if possible. Some Drylands may be scheduled-TBD
Saturday 1:00-2:30 @ the Toms River YMCA.
Sunday: REST DAY/No practice
