PHYSICALS All physicals ARE PAST DUE. Be sure to have your doctor fill out using this form. If you had a phyical performed by the school doctor in June or you have one on file from participating in a fall sport, fill out this update form and hand in to the nurse. Again, all physical paper work must be handed in to nurse by 10/13/23.
Please submit all physicals ASAP to the nurse. If you are unable to get a physical by your own doctor, the school doctor will be available on TBD. The information for this is on our school athletics website. If you cannot find it, PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP.
OUR SCHEDUAL
Our practice schedule is as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30pm-9pm and Saturday TBD at the Toms River YMCA. Bus times can be found on the Monthly Calendar.
FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE Monday 11/20/23- All swimmers, Captains, Club Swimmers
REQUIRIED EQUIPMENT a practice suit, goggles, caps, fins (suggested style), pull buoy (suggested style), and a GOOD pair of running sneakers. All can be purchased from swimoutlet.com, Dick Sporting Goods and other vendors. Swimmers are asked to have all of these items by the first day of practice.
(The YMCA does not have equipment for us to borrow.)
REQUIRED PAY TO PLAY PAYMENT due to athletics by 12/8/23. To pay online, please visit our school site www.jacksonsd.org under the Athletics site.
