Jackson School District employees can access their financial statements and forms through the Payroll Portal, including:

• Pay Stubs (select checks/statements)
• W2 Statements
• Attendance Information
• Banking Information
• Provider/Dependent

Staff should use the same login ID and password that is used on our computer system. If you are a current employee and do not have a login ID, please contact the Payroll Department at 732-833-4600, ext. 4235. Select the icon below to access the Payroll Portal.

• Payroll and Cutoff Dates - 2024-2025

Employee forms such as direct deposit, summer pay option and W4 forms must be filled out through the Frontline system. Please log in to Frontline and follow the directions below.

• Log into Frontline
• Select My Forms
• Select Forms I Can Start
• Scroll Down to either the 2024 Federal, State, Direct Deposit or Summer Pay (whichever you are changing)
• Click on “Start this Form”
• Make Changes
• Click SUBMIT
