    PRACTICE SCHEDULE
    2:30 - 4:05
    (have your ride home here by 4:00 in the front parking lot!)

    Practice is for athletes only.  No parents/friends are permitted to stay and watch.

    Participation Fee - Just a reminder that there will be a $75 participation fee paid to the Jackson Township School District.

    If your child qualifies for reduced lunch, the fee will be $0 (free). You can pay the participation fee online using the following link:

    Transportation Waiver - THERE IS NOW A NEW SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR LATE BUSES
     Parents will need to complete the Student Athletic Transportation Waiver Indemnification and Release form.

    Even if you plan on attending every game and driving your child home, the form must be completed. You can complete the form using the following link:

    Boys Basketball Tryout Information
     

    PLEASE make sure your physical is in order. You need to have an updated physical on file with our health office in order to participate in tryouts. Please turn in your physical by November 5th, 2023. It could take about a week or more to get cleared. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns. District physical forms can be found on the link below. 

    ALL TRYOUTS WILL BE HELD @ MCAULIFFE SCHOOL. 
    WE ARE SCHEDULED TO BEGIN TRYOUTS in NOVEMBER FROM 2:30-4:05.
    PLEASE JOIN OUR GOOLE CLASSROOM FOR ANY UPDATES IN REGARD TO CHANGES IN THE SCHEDULE.

    **IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION HOME FROM PRACTICE/GAMES EACH DAY. PRACTICES END AT 4:05pm. LATE BUSES ARRIVE AT 4:20pm.**

    PLEASE BRING  SNEAKERS, SHORTS, T-SHIRT,  AND A WATER BOTTLE.

    **NO JEWELRY**

    ** PARENTS/FRIENDS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND TRYOUTS.**

    ***Your name must appear on the eligibility list in order to try out. Your physical must be handed in and cleared through the Nurse’s office. If you are not on the eligibility list you WILL NOT be able to try out.***
