    PRACTICE SCHEDULE

    (have your ride home here by 4:00 in the front parking lot!)

    Practice is for athletes only.  No parents/friends are permitted to stay and watch.

    FEES

    Participation Fee - Just a reminder that there will be a $100 participation fee paid to the Jackson Township School District.

    Subscription Late Bus Cost: $55 per student, per season (Fall, Winter, or Spring) for the 2024-2025 school year. The maximum per FAMILY cost is $285 per year

    SUBSCRIPTION BUSING FEE allows your student to ride the Subscription Late Bus on the days your school does not have a late bus. NOT REQUIRED. 

    Any student eligible or qualifies for the free or reduced lunch program will be eligible for a waiver of the fee.

    WAIVERS & FORMS

    Transportation Waiver - THERE IS NOW A NEW SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR LATE BUSES
     Parents will need to complete the Student Athletic Transportation Waiver Indemnification and Release form.

    Even if you plan on attending every game and driving your child home, the form must be completed. You can complete the form using the following link:

    Below are links to PHYSICAL forms you need to complete:

    1. Sports Physical Packet (Pre-participation packet)

    Boys Basketball Tryout Information
     

    PLEASE make sure your physical is in order. You need to have an updated physical on file with our health office in order to participate in tryouts. Please turn in your physical by November 5th, 2024 at the latest. It could take about a week or more to get cleared. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns. District physical forms can be found on the link below. 

    ALL TRYOUTS WILL BE HELD @ MCAULIFFE SCHOOL. 
    WE ARE SCHEDULED TO BEGIN TRYOUTS on NOVEMBER 12th and 14th FROM 2:32-4:10.

    PLEASE JOIN OUR GOOGLE CLASSROOM FOR ANY UPDATES IN REGARD TO CHANGES IN THE SCHEDULE.


    **IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION HOME FROM PRACTICE/GAMES EACH DAY. PRACTICES END AT 4:05pm. LATE BUSES ARRIVE AT 4:20pm.**

    PLEASE BRING SNEAKERS, SHORTS, T-SHIRT, AND A WATER BOTTLE.

    **NO JEWELRY**
