Please be advised that the $50 participation fee paid to Jackson School District needs to be paid ASAP. If your child qualifies for free and reduced lunch, the fee will be adjusted.
All important team information will be posted on this page.
Conditioning is a must. Games consist of two 25 minute halves. You should be able to run at least 10 minutes without stopping. The practices will start with a 10 minute run and will continue to progress from there.
Below will be a list of stretching exercises you should do before and after you run. You do not have to do every exercise but you should do at least six of them. STRETCHING AND EXERCISES
