Due to the construction of the district's new Transportation Building, the location of all tryouts is TBD.
You must have a cleared physical on file with the nurse in order to try out. Please make sure you have submitted it to the nurse BEFORE the first day of tryouts. If your name is not on my roster, you will have to sit out of tryouts until your physical is cleared by the nurse.
Come to tryouts prepared to play. You will need shin guards and cleats in order to participate. Bring plenty of water.
I have a few sticks, goggles, and mouthguards. PLEASE bring your own, if you have them.

Conditioning is a must. Games consist of two 25 minute halves. You should be able to run at least 10 minutes without stopping. Each practice will begin with a distance run, which all players should be able to complete.
Below is a list of stretching exercises you should do before and after you running. You do not have to do every exercise but you should do at least six of them.
I also have the example video clips to show you how the exercises should be done.
