    Dear Parents,

We would like to welcome you and your child to 1st Grade! We are very excited to be a part of your child’s educational experience. There are so many new and wonderful things that we will be discovering. We  can’t wait to begin our journey.

We have included a name tag sticker for your child to wear on the 1st day of school. Please write our names on the sticker. Please also have your child wear their ID badge they were given last year.  If you are new or lost the ID badge, please call the school as soon as you receive this letter to get a new badge.

Your child will also need to bring their charged chromebook and headphones.  Please test to make sure that the chromebook is working prior to the start of school.  If you have any problems, please call the school so it can be fixed or replaced prior to the first day of school.

Please review your child’s dismissal procedure with them, so they are comfortable about how they are going home.

We will discuss specific classroom procedures at Back to School Night. Of course, if you have any questions prior, please do not hesitate to contact us at lacirigliano@jacksonsd.org or Rkerin@jacksonsd.org. Below is a list of supplies that would be helpful to begin the school year. We look forward to an amazing school year! See you on Wednesday, September 6th.
