Junior Art & Musical Theater Summer Camp Registration is Open! Spots are Limited! For Students Entering Grades 4 through 9.
Camp runs July 17 - Aug. 3 (no weekends) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Students will learn all aspects of musical theater production, including vocal coaching, dancing & acting lessons and learning about costuming, painting & set design. All leads up to a performance of Music Man Jr.!

The Jackson School District was recently shocked with the news that instead of losing the $2.5 million in state aid for next year that we expected, we would instead be cut by a devastating $6.2 million in state aid.

Jan. 4, 2023: Allison Barocas and Megan Gardella are Sworn in to Three-Year Terms. Congratulations!
The board also voted unanimously to select Giuseppe Palmeri to be the Board President and Tina Kas to be the Vice President.

Jackson Board of Education Appoints Resident Brian McCarron to Fill One-Year Unexpired Term
After publicly thanking the candidates who submitted letters of interest, the board voted unanimously to choose McCarron for the position. McCarron took the oath of office at the meeting and will serve on the board through the December 2023 meeting.

Remember when your children had access to free breakfast and lunch for the past two years and you didn’t have to apply for it at all? That pandemic-related federal program has ended. Please read important information.

Does your child need to be bused to or from a caregiver either before of after school? If so, caregiver transportation request forms are due by Aug. 9.
This is only if your child goes to or from school from a caregiver outside of your home. Caregiver Forms Must Be Received by Aug. 9 in order to be in place for the first day of school. We will process forms after that date, but this is the deadline for arrangements to be in place by the first day of school.
