SOUPER BOWL 2019!
In an effort to continue to help our community, Mrs. Glushko's class will be collecting cans of soup for the “Souper-Bowl” event. Each student at HCJ is asked to bring in a can of soup and place it in the “TEAM BIN” of who they think will win the Super Bowl. This is a fun way for students to learn the importance of helping others.
All donations will be delivered to the Jackson Food Pantry.
Donations will be accepted from Monday, January 28th through Friday, February 1st.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN ANY DONATIONS UNTIL MONDAY, JANUARY 28th.
Thank you for your support.
Please continue to send your children in with their reading bags daily.
Keep all of the books that were placed in the reading bag inside for the week.
Keep the 'Reading Finger' inside the reading bag as well, this helps us when we point to the words we are reading.
We ‘Book Shop’ every Monday for new books to read for the week.
Library books from Ms. Hogan can remain at home for the week. Please send them back on Tuesdays when we have library so they can select a new book.
Thank you always!
Please keep sending in written notes if there is any change in your child's dismissal schedule.
Continue to send me written notes & lunch money if you'd like your child to purchase school lunch or snack.
As a precautionary measure, please send in a change of clothes for your child in a clear bag with their name on it. I will keep these in their cubbies for the school year and they will be used if there is ever an accident.
