Mrs. Calabrese

I am mom to Nicholas, a 22 year old recent gradute of TCNJ  and Gianna a 21 year old  with her Business Administration Degree.  Along with my husband  Joe, of 26 years, we live in nearby Toms River.

 I have been an educator at the HC JOHNSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL for 25 years.  I have taught 3rd grade for 12 years, 5th grade for 3 years and spent 9 years in First Grade.   In January 2024, I became the Media Specialist at HCJ and Rosenauer Schools. Last year, I  returned to First Grade.  I have also taught the Enrichment Program for grades 3 through 5 for the past eleven years.

It has been a joy to educate the young children of HCJ, and work at this wonderful, family-oriented school for all these years.
