Principal's Message, October 31, 2024

 

 

Good Evening to all of our Families:

 

 

We had a wonderful morning at our school as many learners participated in the seasonal events planned for the day.  

 

This month is School Safety Month.  Our DARE Officer Program talked to our learners about Halloween Safety.  Be sure to talk to your children about being safe if they go out tonight.

 

Next week, Monday 11/4 through Wednesday 11/6 are SHORTENED DAYS.  Lunch is served to all students on these three days.  Remember and please note that:

• Student pickup and dismissal is at 1:40pm all three days.  
• It is also PARENT CONFERENCE WEEK.  We look forward to your visits and welcoming you to our wonderful school.

 

With school being closed on Thursday, November 7th and on Friday, November 8th - Internet Safety reminders are always a good idea for our young learners.  Our Technology Teacher presents learners with lessons on Internet Safety throughout the school year; reinforcing and monitoring usage at home further targets the importance of safety on all social media platforms.

 

Have a wonderful weekend ahead - remember to 'fall back' on Saturday when the clocks change for Daylight Saving Time.
