Consultation is ongoing throughout the school year, however, we ask that you participate in spring consultation to help us design an equitable program that meets the needs of all students living in Jackson Township.
2025-2026 School Year - Important Dates
Spring consultation letters are mailed to schools by March 3, 2025. See this link for a copy of the letter.
The Jackson Township School District is opting to collect the Nonpublic School Low Income Family Survey once every two years, as allowed by federal regulation. SEE BELOW for how to send that survey to us:
- New this year: Completed Nonpublic Family Surveys must include a cover spreadsheet listing all Student Names, Grade, DOB, and Home Address. This will ensure accuracy of information and that you will receive your full allocation.
- All forms must be delivered in person to The Nonpublic Grant office located at the Christa McAuliffe School 35 S. Hope Chapel Road no later than May 5, 2025. We are no longer accepting forms via digital upload, email,or fax.

Spring Consultation Meeting: April 2, 2025
Will be held in-person. See times below and on form.
Location: JSD Administration Building 151 Don Connor Blvd, Jackson, NJ.
- 9:00-10:00 Schools with Catapult
- 10:15-11:15 Schools with Tree of Knowledge
- 11:30-12:30 Schools with Tender Touch
- 12:30-1:30 Schools located in Jackson receiving Title II-IV and state aid (192/193, textbooks, security, technology and nursing) services.
- Due to space limitations, no more than two people per school may attend. Please bring a photo ID to enter the building.

- If you do not wish to participate, please complete the ESEA Nonpublic Refusal of Funds Affirmation PDF and email the completed form to grantoffice@jacksonsd.org by May 15, 2025.
ITEMS REQUIRED TO BE SENT TO US (After you receive your allocation)
The ESEA Title I,II,III and IV are due to the state of NJ on June 30, 2025. Following that deadline, allocation letters will be mailed to schools in mid-July, pending our receipt of the approved application from the state of NJ. This means student qualification forms (below) should be completed as soon as possible, because services can not begin until qualification forms are approved and we receive a school year calendar and bell schedule. After August 15, student qualification forms will be reviewed on the 15th of each month.
Nonpublic Schools: Please complete all forms before the start of the school year to ensure service can start.
- Title I Student Literacy and Math Referral Form - for the 2025-26 School Year. This form will go live on July 1, 2025.
- School Calendar and Bell Schedule Upload - This upload is required before the start of the school year
- Vendor Choice Form - Nonpublic Schools please complete by July 1, 2025.
IMPORTANT DEADLINES

All parent involvement supply orders must be received by 4 p.m. on March 14, 2025.
June 30, 2025
In accordance with new guidelines, all ESEA Title I-IV funds must be fully encumbered by June 30, 2025. This means that all services, professional development, parent involvement activities, and supplies related to Title I-IV funding must be purchased and invoiced by this date.
