• The Jackson School District utilizes the Parent Portal to publish schedules and bus passes. Parents can access this information by visiting the Parent Portal from any of our sites.

    (Note this does not apply to students in OCVTS MATES, PAA and ALPS Academies. Your bus passes will be sent to you.



    Elementary Teacher Assignments will be posted on Monday, Aug. 23, 2021 at 9 a.m.

    Middle School and High School Schedules will be posted on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021 at 9 a.m.

    UPDATE as of Aug. 31 - NEW DATE - Bus Passes for All Students will be posted on Thursday, Sept. 2 at noon.

    NOTE - Student in MATES, PAA and ALPS do not use the Jackson School District Portal. You will receive your bus passes directly.

    NOTE: Our Elementary Schools will show only TEACHER ASSIGNMENTS, not full schedules. Teachers will go over the daily schedules with students. That information is also typically available on the teacher's class page on the school website AND will be detailed during Back to School Nights.

    If you cannot print your bus pass at home, you can come into the Administration Building at 151 Don Connor Blvd. on the dates below and we can print one for you.

    We will have a tent in the lot on the left side of the Administration Building so we can safely assist our families. It would be helpful if visitors parked in the Jackson Memorial High School student lot, which is adjacent to our Admin parking lot.

    • Please remember to wear a face covering.
    • Please park on the side of the building (you can park at the edge of the student lot at Jackson Memorial HS as well. That lot is adjacent to our Admin Building).
    • Please maintain social distancing until the family before you has been assisted. 
    • Please remember to maintain social distancing as you wait for your turn to come into the tent.
    • Please do NOT go to your child’s school to request your pass.
    • Please be sure to bring photo ID with you

    As of Aug. 31 - NEW DATES:

    • Thursday, Sept. 2, 2021 from noon to 4 p.m.
    • Friday, Sept. 3, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    High school and middle school students should remember to either write down their schedules or print them out and bring them with them on the first day of school.

    Please be advised that only the following schedule concerns below can be addressed before the school year begins:

    • If a class is on the schedule that the student has already successfully completed or is finishing in summer school.
    • If the sequence of courses does not meet the prerequisite requirements.
    • Incomplete schedule

    For other issues, the schedule concerns below will be addressed beginning on the first day of school. Students should report to their guidance counselor during the period in question (e.g. if the issue is with your third period class, visit the guidance office during third period).

    • If an elective is in the schedule that the student did not request as a primary or alternate choice.
    • If a course level change is requested.
