Timeline and Deadlines for Bids and Pre-Bid Inspections

  • PRE-BID INSPECTION DATES:

    Pre-bid inspections of the property have been scheduled for the following dates:

    • Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    • Wednesday, October 8, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

    Bids will be received in the Board’s Business Administrator’s office located at 151 Don Connor Blvd., Jackson, New Jersey 08572 on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
