Our current unit in Social Studies is Representative Government and Voting.  We are learning about rules, laws, and ways to be a responsible citizen.  We will focus on friendships, good sportsmanship,  honesty, working together, and making positive choices.  As we get closer to Election Day, we discuss the voting process.  

Book pouches for daily reading should be coming home each day.  Please let me know if your child is not bringing home his/her book pouch.  Our current goal is to read for 10 minutes each night.
