We will be having our Spring Party on Wednesday, April 17th, from 12:00-12:40. We will be dyeing eggs at our party. Please have your child bring in 3 hard-boiled eggs for the party if they want to participate in dyeing eggs. Please put the eggs in a container with your child’s name on it and have them bring them the day of the party.

    Dear Elms community,

This year we are excited to continue our theme of “community and acceptance”.  Last year we created a tribute of all of our students with the “All Kinds of Kinds” video shown at Back to School Night [and at other events].  This year we would like to continue that tradition and include all of our amazing Elms’ families. Our vision is to develop another video that showcases our wonderful community and the families who make it great.

If you would like to participate, we are asking that your family submit one “family” picture that can be used in our montage for the 2018-19 school year.  [Participation is completely voluntary. All students will be featured in the video regardless of submission of an outside photo.] Your photo will be included in the video that will be shown to our students during school and at next year’s Back to School Night. Your photos will not be shared with anyone outside the school.

If you are interested, please email/submit ONE family photo to your child’s homeroom teacher and write Elms is Family in the subject line. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

We are excited to once again celebrate the incredible students, staff and families that call Elms home.

    Thank you.

    Welcome!

*PLEASE NOTE: We will be having a “Working Snack” every afternoon. Students can have a small snack but must be able to work while they eat. Snack is voluntary and will not be provided by the school.

    Snack Guidelines:

    • No nuts of any kind- we have peanut allergies in our classroom this year.
    • Nothing that requires utensils or cutting
    • Healthy snacks only please
      • Some examples of healthy snacks include pretzels, apples, crackers, goldfish, plain popcorn, sliced veggies, etc.
