Most of the school supplies used during the year will be provided. I have notebooks, folders, pencils, crayons, scissors, glue sticks and post-its for the class. If students would like to bring in their own folders or pencil boxes, feel free.
Last year we experimented with erasable pens in class. Many students enjoyed using them and were able to stay more engaged during class. If your child would like to bring erasable pens to school, I encourage it.
Here is what we are doing in the classroom:
Read for 20 minutes, nightly.

Words their Way
Cycles of words can last 7-8 days. Tests will not be every Friday.
All WTW work will be completed in class, unless if it is not finished in class.
