Remote Learning has started,
I hope you and your family are doing well. This online journey is a new and stressful situation for everyone, just remeber that being physically active is a great way to release some of that added stress! Everyday you should aim to exercise for at least 30-60 min. This could be a new routine or adjustments to a routine that you already have in place.
Exercises at home could be push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, wall sits, lunges, squats, etc the possibilites are endless. Try when your show is on a commercial break see how many sit-ups you can get before the show returns!! Try to create your own activites to have fun, run around, increase your heart rate, and most importantly HAVE FUN! If you are having trouble coming up with activities, I will post an activity booklet here for you (check resources and homework section).
