Autumn has fallen and soon will the leaves. Autumn is a second Spring when every leaf is a flower. All of our students growing up with proper nourishment at school, are colors that Summer has never seen. We're learning new facts to help us with life skills and reading books that take us to places we ave never been.

Reading skills are essential to communicate ourselves with each other. But I still can't stress the importance of knowing basic math facts enough! Learning the concepts of multiplying whole numbers, decimals and even dividing whole numbers and decimals need a strong tool kit of knowing your multiplication tables.

Be sure to check out the Learning Links Launch Pad on our school's home page. Click on 5th grade and it will link you to a variety of supplemental web sites in all subject areas. This is great for those who need some extra help or want a little bit of a challenge.
