     KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION HAS BEGUN FOR THE 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR

    Registration Appointments Will Take Place Now Through April 4, 2023

    Please follow the instructions below - and call for your registration appointment ASAP

    There are TWO WAYS you can fill out the registration forms (See Below). Our online pre-registration system streamlines the process and will save you time during your kindergarten registration appointment.

    Regardless of which way you choose, you will still need to come to a registration appointment in person with your child to submit your documents and proofs of residency. Any of the documents you see below can be downloaded from this site or picked up at any elementary school.

    Requirements for students who attend a Jackson School District Preschool program:

    You do not need to fill out the online registration forms that you completed when you registered for Pre-School. However, you DO need to call and make a registration appointment and bring your child to Kindergarten Registration to:

    • Submit a new physical examination form;
    • Submit a new dental examination form;
    • Show proof of 5-year-old immunizations (if your child is not yet five, you will submit these after they reach the age of 5);
    • Re-submit four proofs of residency for review.

    The forms are available in the Kindergarten Registration Packets linked below.

    Note: You can use the forms if you are registering for either the current year, or the next school year.
