Good Morning Parents,
We hope everyone had a great weekend.
Today we are transitioning to our Google Classroom https://classroom.google.com/u/0/c/NjUxMzY2OTEwNjJa for all required lessons and assignments for your child.
Daily lessons and assignments will be posted by 8 am. There will be separate required assignments for reading, writing, phonics, and math.
When you are in our Google Classroom, click on one of the assignments for the day. All instructions on how to complete that assignment along with any links or attachments will be there. After completing the assignment for each subject, please make sure to hit Turn In through Google Classrooms so we can monitor your child’s progress.
Thank you for your continued support! If you have any questions, please e-mail us:

Remote Learning Tips for Parents
- Keep students in a routine by creating a daily schedule.
- Write or print the schedule and have students check off items as they are completed.
- Create an organized and distraction free area for your students to complete their work.
- Incorporate frequent breaks to decrease frustration.
- Use a timer to help structure the work/break cycle.
- Remember to give your students praise and let them know you see that they are trying.
We are so proud of our class of remote learners!! We miss you! Keep working hard!
Remote Learning at the Rochette Home.....
Please check the district Remote Learning Plan for 1st grade students for daily lessons and learning activities to complete while school is closed. All completed work will be collected upon return.
Please continue to check this class page for more information about the assignments. Below you will find additional information about educational websites your child can use with you at home. Some of these websites have books that your child can access for completing the required daily reading.
Students who work with Mrs. Daniels, Mrs. Carbo and Mrs. Kosakowski are also encouraged to use their RAZ Kids accounts for additional reading.
Please e-mail us with any questions you may have. We will be available to assist you during school hours to help your child complete the assignments successfully.
