    About Me:

I have been teaching since 2012 at the high school and university level (including Bio I & 2, Chemistry, Environmental, Marine Science, Anatomy & Physiology).  I am grateful to be a part of the JMHS family and am also involved in coaching, research and adjuncting in the evenings.  I am an avid runner, and love spending time on the beach lifeguarding, and exploring the marsh and the bay.  I am always excited to try new things, develop relationships and build rapport with students in my classes. I love getting students thinking and interested in exploring the natural world around them, better understanding scientific practices and learning about themselves.
