Welcome to Italian . I have been teaching on and off for over 20 years.  I raised 4 children and in between taught before returning to work full time . I love all things Italian and love to impart my passion for the language and culture with my students. My name is Margaret Salvatore and I teach levels 1, 2 and 3 at Jackson Township High School .

I studied Italian at Rutger's and received a Master's from Montclair State. I studied in Italy two times-- a summer program in Urbino, and  a semester in Siena. I have traveled extensively in Italy as well as Europe, and Australia.  I have family there and have visited small towns that truly are the core of the culture. 

It is my hope that every student travels abroad some day.  Now PARLIAMO L'ITALIANO--- Let's talk Italian !!!
