Welcome to the Spanish class. I am looking forward to seeing all of you in person and fully synchronous at Jackson Township High School.
This fall, our school will be using a fully synchronous instructional model comprised of an in-person component, as well as an online component. By now, everyone has become familiar with using Google Classroom, how to access materials, and how to submit assignments, including tests, quizzes and projects. We will go over this again on the first day of the Semester, when we meet.
You will be joining the Google Classroom on the first day of the semester. You can also click on your particular class to get information about your Google Classroom link and your Google Classroom code.

This course builds on the skills acquired in previous Spanish courses while providing an in-depth study of Spanish. It is essential to further student proficiency by exposing them to authentic materials and immersing them in the language and culture. Students will be required to show mastery of reading, listening, and speaking. In addition, the language skills acquired will serve as a lifelong tool, allowing students to travel and appreciate the cultures of Spanish-speaking countries.
