June 2022 Principal's Message

Hello Crawford-Rodriguez Families,

The last day of school is Friday, June 17.  

Monday, June 13 is a regularly scheduled school day.  Students begin being dismissed at 2:55pm.

June 14, 15, 16 and 17 are all shortened days.  Students are dismissed at 1:15pm. Please make sure you are at the bus stop on time to avoid your child being brought back to school.

Third Marking Period Report Cards

Report cards will be available June 20 in the portal. 

A Message from our School Nurse, Ms. Samuel

If your child takes medication at school, please read this.

  • Please arrange to pick up your child’s medication prior to the last day of school. 
  •  If your child will be enrolled in the Summer ESY program, the school will send the medications over to the school for you.
  • Any medication left in the health office will be discarded.

Please remember that new medication orders are required for each new school year. The forms that need to be completed by you and your doctor can be printed off our website under the health information tab.

Transfers In District or Out of District

If you will not be returning to Crawford-Rodriguez next school year, please contact the main office so that we can process the appropriate transfer paperwork.

 Care Giver Forms

Care Giver Authorization forms expire at the end of the school year.  If you utilized a Care Giver Form and are interested in continuing with your Care Giver for the 2022-2023 school year, a new form has to be completed.

Remember to have the Care Giver sign the form along with your signature and return to the Crawford-Rodriguez Elementary School. 

Pre-School and Kindergarten Orientation – Save the Date! 

Tuesday, August 30 is Pre-school and Kindergarten Orientation Day!  Further details will follow.
