"Crawford-Rodriguez: A Caring School Community"
Bucket Fillers is a school wide program to help build unity among classmates, peers, neighbors, and staff. It was introduced and is coordinated by our school Guidance Counselor and Anti-Bullying Specialist Ms. Herold.
The incentive revolves around core values of Respect, Responsibility, Self-Awareness, Caring and Kindness. Students and staff have the opportunity to complete a form describing an act of kindness and respect someone did for another. Forms are chosen from our school bucket weekly and read during morning announcements. Those who are recognized come to the office and select a reward for their kindness and effort.
So as you go thru your day ask yourself, Have You Filled a Bucket Today? Your reward could be right around the corner.
