Sociology is a one semester Social Studies elective opened to 10, 11, and 12th grade students.  The students will develop an appreciation of Sociology and how it relates to our daily lives and social relationships through applications and analysis of real-world situations.  The course will encourage the students to study Social Science in a scientific manner and develop complex thinking skills.  The study of Sociology will provide each student with perspectives on New Jersey, the U.S. and world society, culture, and human behavior.
