• Remote Learning has started.

As we begin this online journey together, remember that Physical Education should be a part of your day.  Make sure to exercise 30-60 minutes each day.  Daily engagement in a variety of healthy habits and behaviors (daily walking, jumping jacks, sit-ups, push-ups, warm-ups) is a great start.  For this upcoming week 3/30/20 please access the Student Resources section of my page in order to find a link to follow. The Physical Education Dept. has included a link for your child to follow for this week and the week of 4/6/20.

If you have any questions, you can always reach out to me. Please stay connected with me just to say hi, ask any questions, or report your progress. Looking forward to seeing you in class soon!

    PARENTS -

This year we are going to be having a great time while learning physical fitness activities and games. Please remember to have your child wear proper clothing and SNEAKERS! This will ensure that your child will be able to participate and have a great time getting fit and learning activities that promote social, physical, and psychological aspects of sports and games.  Also, if you could please help your child practice tying their shoes it would be greatly appreciated.
