School Hours are 9:10-3:20 

 

 

 

-Please label everything that comes in, including water bottles, sweatshirts, jackets, coats, etc.

 

-Please send in a full-size backpack with your child, as well as the folder that H.O.P.E. will provide on the first day. 

 

-It is encouraged to have your child bring a lunch from home the first few weeks in Kindergarten, BUT lunch will be available.

Please practice having your child open containers and inserting straws... there are adults in the cafeteria to help, but things will go more smoothly if students are working towards independance. 

If your child is getting their lunch from the cafeteria, please put a note in their folder. 

We will be taking lunch orders in the morning. 

Please let me know if your child will be eating breakfast in the cafeteria each morning.

 

-Velcro or slip-on shoes are encouraged to maximize student independence and maintain a healthy learning environment.

 

-The students are also encouraged to bring in a locking water bottle each day (filled with water only please).

Water bottles will be returned home each day to wash.  

Reusable bottles with a locking lid are suggested to keep their backpack dry.

Other drinks will be allowed in the cafeteria for lunch, but water only in their water bottles please.

 

-Please complete this Dismissal Selection Form and return it on the first day of school.

 

-Please complete this Carline Dismissal Form and return it on the first day of school if you will be picking your child up from school each day.

-Please send in a dated note with your child's full name if there will be a change in dismissal.

All dismissal notes are sent down to the office in the morning.   

 

  

 -Your student's district issued Chrome Book at home will be kept in school for their kindergarten year. 

 

-An invitation to join our Google Classroom will be emailed to your child's district email address. Please click the link within the email to join.

 

-Through Google Classroom, there is a link to access Google Meet. Google Meet protocols will be discussed if needed. 

 

-The District Tech Tool Kit and Student/Parent Tutorials are available to help you with some common tech problems and document questions.
