Student Transfers

If your child will be transferring to a new school next year, please call Crawford-Rodriguez to schedule an appointment to complete the necessary transfer out paperwork.

Registration

Registration for new students is by appointment only.  Please refer to the website to complete the online pre-registration and further details.

Care Giver Forms

Care Giver Authorization forms expired at the end of the school year.  If you utilized a Care Giver Form and are interested in continuing with your Care Giver for the 2021-2022 school year, a new form has to be completed.

Remember to have the Care Giver sign the form along with your signature and return to the Crawford-Rodriguez Elementary School.
