Honors Biology

An accelerated course in biology has been designed for the advanced, college-bound student. The scope and sequence of this course leads to the mastery of concepts including cells, biochemistry, genetics, ecology, theory of evolution and human biology. Hands-on laboratory work will be integrated into all areas of study. The curriculum standards are based on Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
