Grades will be calculated on the following scale:

1. Major Assignments (Assessment) – 65%

a) Unit Assessments/Tests/Quizzes, Major projects & lab reports, Note checks

2. Minor Assignments (Participation) – 25%

b) Class work, Lab work, mini-quizzes and designated projects, Pre-class videos

3. Reinforcement (HW)– 10 % 

c) In-class work, and homework assignments.

For AP Biology students will be expected to create flashcard questions on an everyday basis which will be checked randomly
