In the fall of every year, NHS encourages all eligible juniors and seniors to apply for consideration.
To be eligible, applicants MUST have 4.0 GPA (please check with Guidance) and have accrued a minimum of 30 hours of documented community service from high school (summer into 9th grade to current year). There are still ways to complete community service remotely. See information below.
Applications become available for download on this page in June of every year. There is a voluntary informational meeting in September reviewing the application and stating when the application window closes, which is typically the first week in October.
