Algebra 2 Concepts is a one-semester course designed to meet the needs of students who have successfully completed Algebra 1 and Geometry.  The purpose of this course is to provide the college-bound student with the basic concepts associated with Algebra 2. To meet the wide range of student learning styles and to encourage active involvement, strategies will vary. Students will begin the course with a review of Algebra 1, then begin new content within Algebra 2. Not all Algebra 2 content will be covered as this is only a concepts class. The course is split into 5 separate chapters, where all necessary content is met according to standardized testing and the final exam.
