Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year.

This year your classroom experience will introduce you to how a household kitchen functions.  We will spend time going over kitchen safety and sanitation, how to read a recipe, measuring, following directions, kitchen equipment, knife skills, cooking and baking terms, and many more topics.  This course is only 1 marking period. Therefore,  in a short amount of time, you will gain a lot of knowledge you will need for everyday living.
