This month is a busy one. We will be working on Sentence Skills while we prepare to take our unassisted RST. We will also be reading some exciting and heatwarming stories to prepare us for the holiday season. Between Teacher Convention, Conference Week and Thanksgiving, our time is limited to get assingments in before the marking period ends. Please stay on top of all assignments and take advantage of after school help when it is offered.
Learning Ally letters have been sent home. Please review and if there are any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

SSR (silent sustained reading) will take place on a weekly basis in class. Students should have a book with them at all times. If they do not have their book, they will be required to choose a book from our extensive classroom library. Aside from reading in class, students should be reading at home for at least 20 minutes per day.
