(Listen to music, talk about it, do yoga, artwork, play, read, snuggle with your pet, or take 10 deep breaths...) We are pleased to be able to use technology (Google Meet) to stay connected during Remote Learning. Please remember that all the Acceptable Use for Technology expectations you signed remain in place, as do our Code of Conduct expectations. We will be able to continue to communicate as long as everyone remembers these expectations. We are inviting your child to participate in a video conference call using Google Meet and you are welcome to be present during the call. Students are reminded to keep the microphone muted during discussion times unless asked to unmute and participate. We will post the link to join our Google Meet in our Google Classroom before the meeting. Please click on the link to join at that time.
*This Meet is not mandatory*.
We look forward to connecting with your child through Google Meet!
Thanks to all our SUPER heroes.

Dear Families and Caregivers, We know that missing school isn’t easy for your kids—or for you. But we also know that there are simple ways to turn unexpected time at home into exciting opportunities for your students to learn, think, and grow. That is why we’ve created Scholastic’s Learn at Home website. This free resource provides your children with 20* days of exciting articles and stories, videos, and fun learning challenges. Children can complete them anytime, in any order. They can work on their own or together with you and your family. www.scholastic.com/learnathomeOur active learning journeys are available on any device and will provide your child with up to three hours’ worth of exciting learning experiences per day. They can go on virtual field trips, meet best-selling authors, or dig deep into a topic they love. We hope that you and your children stay safe and healthy, and wish you the best of luck during this stressful time. With best wishes from all of us at Scholastic, Lauren Tarshis Sr. VP, Editor in Chief & Publisher Scholastic Classroom Magazines *The site will be updated weekly until all 20 days of content is available. If you have any questions or suggestions, please reach out to me at ltarshis@schovI promise everyday your children will learn something.
Some days they will bring it home in their hands.
Some days they will bring it home in their heads.
Some days they will bring it home in their hearts.

It is suggested that your child have a backpack, and some extra pencils. Also, your donations of tissues and wipes are always appreciated.

Please sign the Planner and review the Homework folder on a daily basis. A written note is required if your child is to be picked up early, or is not to go home on the bus or to Childcare.
PLEASE TRY TO MEMORIZE BUS # AND STUDENT ID#.
